WE BELIEVE

God-We believe in the holy, loving, Creator God who knows us each intimately and is involved in our world.

Bible-We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and is relevant for our lives today.

Sin-We believe our sin—things like selfishness, pride, and greed—creates a barrier between God and us. No amount of good behavior can remove it.

Jesus-God’s plan to restore his relationship with his creation rested on his Son, Jesus, who came into our world to take the punishment for our sin by dying on the cross.

Salvation-God extends to each of us a choice: to accept Jesus’ offer of forgiveness or to decline. When we accept Jesus’ forgiveness, we become guiltless and begin a restored relationship with God.

Holy Spirit-As the third part of the Trinity, the Holy Spirit works in us: to help us know God better and grow in joyful obedience to Him.

Heaven-We believe life in this world is just a slice of our existence. We anticipate eternal life in Heaven, when we will be reunited with our Father God.
